Cancellation Policy

15 days or more prior to arrival forfeits 75% of the deposit payment. 0 to 14 days prior to arrival forfeits 100% of the total accommodation payment.

Payment Policy

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in. Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival. Refundable Breakages Deposit of R2500.
