Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit. If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 90 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Payment Policy

Reservations to be secured via EFT or a valid credit card payment (Payfast) on receipt of invoice. We also offer credit card (MasterCard and VISA) facilities at the guesthouse. Payment schedule: 50% due at time of booking, remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of making the booking. The remaining balance due 7 days before date of check-in.
