Payment Policy
Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total accommodation cost, the deposit is payable within 48 hours after booking is made. The reservation/booking dates will be held for a maximum of 48 hours ahead of receiving the deposit. The balance of the total accommodation, including a refundable breakage charge of R5000., shall be payable 14 working days prior to arrival. Short notice bookings - the total accommodation amount including the refundable breakage deposit of R5000, shall be paid within 24 hours/payable immediately.
